Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the effective operation and administration of the work place
• Manages the flow of information and guides day-to day activities.
• Provides support for meetings, activities, maintains records, prepares minutes of meetings and collects data
• Assembles data and prepares regular reports, and provides useful, timely, accurate information to the Managing Director
• Refers some requests and inquiries to other units for prompt attention and response and follows up as required
• Develops communication and data tracking procedures and keep files and archive updated
• Supports for the development of working plans and programs and meets clients upon need
• Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities upon the request of the direct supervisor
• Liaises with different parties in regards to tasks and property management projects
General Requirements
• University Graduate
• 5 years of experience in an administrative role
• Professional Bilingual (English/ Arabic)
Required Competencies
• Multitasking and able to take initiatives
• Proficiency in the use of various computer applications, including Office Suite
• Professionalism in work and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Leadership traits, able to work independently with minor supervision
