- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Schedules staff meetings, contacts staff and books meeting rooms
- Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, and related activities
- Follows up with the office support staff to track office cleaning
- Coordinates the maintenance of office equipment
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
