Responsibilities:
- Manage operational aspects of the employee life cycle such as recruitment, interviews, contracts, induction and training.
- Maintain and update all employee information and files
- Follow up on submission and payment for taxes, social security and insurance
- Assist in generating the Monthly Payroll
- Monitor monthly attendance
- Manage all leave days according to agency policy
Qualifications:
Required:
- Relevant work experience
- Familiar with the Lebanese Labor Law and local labor legislation
- Ability to engage with colleagues in an open manner, maintain confidentiality and respect
- Positive and professional attitude, able to organize, maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure and be able to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, listening and communication skills
- Good written and oral English skills.
- Good typing speed in Arabic and English
Preferred:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
