SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 Security Management
- Support the security in sharing information related to the context in the Office that might affect AAH operations and emergency responses.
- Support the Logistics Coordinator in the update and development of security documentation related to the mission.
- Conduct security briefing to Office visitors (national and international staff).
Objective 2: Supply Chain Management
- Conduct and plan all the procurement needs for office and GHs as per AAH guidelines and procedures.
- Proper Hard Copy and Soft Copy archiving of all the procurement documentation as per guidelines and procedures
- Support the mission in overseas procurement when needed.
- Responsible for the procurement dossiers conducted by specific partners and verifications of deliveries.
- Regular visits to the Capital Base for coordination meeting in Log. Department and support in operations when needed.
Objective 3: Reporting Management
- Update and share on monthly basis the PFU of the Office with 95% of accuracy
- Update and share on monthly basis the CFU of the Office and follow up on premises payment
- Update and maintain the equipment and inventory list of the Office.
- Update and maintain the fuel consumption for the AAH unit.
Objective 4: Movements & Transportation
- Responsible for the movements of all staff
- Responsible of the fill, completion and signature collection for all the TRF of the Office
- Responsible for the hotel booking for national and international visitors and picking planning from airport or border.
- Responsible for the planning and maintenance and correct usage of the AAH car unit
Objective 5: Premises maintenance
- Ensure the maintenance of the Office premises, no malfunctions in the premises. (electricity, gas, fuel, water, washrooms, etc.)
- Ensure that all the needed working materials are always available (stationery, equipment, etc.)
- Ensure that all cleaning materials are always available
- Ensure that all catering material are always available.
Objective 6: Logistics HR Management
- Ensure that the staff under his / her management acts according the AAH code of conduct and guidelines.
- Ensure that the staff under his / her management arrives on time to duties.
PROFILE
Training: Logistics in Humanitarian Field
Technical specific knowledge: Procurement / Management / HR / IT / Reporting
Education: University Degreed in relevant filed
Previous experience (years): 1 year
Humanitarian sector knowledge: Is a plus
Languages: Arabic – English
IT systems: Microsoft Office
Mobility (national/ international): Yes, with frequent travel to Syria Damascus
Salary range: 1200 – 1500 USD
