General Responsibilities:
- Participate in the staff recruitment of the project with the HR team in coordination with the Country Director
- Establish and maintain a yearly and a monthly work plan with project team, which will include monthly monitoring meetings
- Ensure that educational coordinators provide annual lesson plans and teachers provide weekly lesson plans
- Establish an annual teaching schedule
- Collect all lesson plans and provide a monthly report to the Country Director
- Take the lead and follow up the outreach process
- Establish and conduct meetings with local stockholders for the benefit of the program
- Assess trainings needs of the team, and identify suitable trainings conducted by international and local partners for their participation
Responsibilities with the Protection team:
- Ensure that all the staff recruited are familiar with B&Z’s Code of Conduct and protection standards
- Ensure quality and minimum child protection standards are implemented and respected in all activities, including the child safeguarding policy
- Ensure that all the staff are able to identify at-risk cases and refer them to the protection focal point in the center
- Ensure that all the referral pathways and referral cases are well documented, complying with confidentiality and ethical standards
Responsibilities with the Monitoring and Evaluation team:
- Ensure that all data related to the project is documented, available and organized upon the request of the program or M&E team
- Ensure that student's attendance are documented on daily basis
Responsibilities with the Finance and procurement team:
- Create and update up to date procurement plans and ensure all the materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure that all of the tasks related to the HR, Finance, and logistics are in line with B&Z policies and procedures
Responsibilities with the Country Director:
- Ensure that the work plan meets the objectives, targets and timeline of the project
- Set and sustain positive partnerships with active actors in the field for the benefit of the program
- Ensure that all communications with the team are in line with B&Z values
- Ensure that all communications with beneficiaries, partners, and donors are in line with B&Z values
- Attend and actively participate in the meetings on administration level in the community center as needed
- Provide positive contribution to B&Z community centre
- Any other related tasks as per request of the center manager in terms of operations, or the program Manager in terms of technicalities
- Monitor and manage teacher’s workflow and tasks such as performance, attendance and behavior with students
- Responsible for all admission approvals and consensus
