English Teacher

Key Responsibilities 

  • Outreach participants. 
  • Conduct English Language TOT.
  • Plan the curriculum.
  • Observe the English language teachers and provide assessments.
  • Organize an English File and keep it up to date.
  • Exchange ideas, worksheets, tests, etc., amongst staff.
  • Interview, coach and support new teachers.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars.
  • Design suitable assessment & reporting structures to complement the courses.

 

 

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience teaching English as a second language; high school experience is preferred. 
  • Preferred: English language coordinator experience at a high school.
