Job Objective :
Ensure the alignment of HR department with MGH strategy and continuously provide development tools to the employees.
Main Tasks :
- Follow-up on Human Resources units’ work to ensure proper provided services
- Provide needed support to Heads of Units in their daily tasks, when needed to ensure high quality of provided services
- Review and communicate department policies and procedures to heads of units and ensure their improvement and modification, when needed as well as their proper implementation
- Distribute tasks to team members and ensure their proper accomplishment on due time and according to required quality
- Assist in recruitment process by conducting interviews to all potential candidates
- Coach team members by continuously following-up on their performance
- Conduct performance appraisal for Human Resources head of units and oversee performance appraisal of Department team members
- Prepare in coordination with heads of units employees’ yearly development plan and follow up on its implementation
- Review, quarterly, department KPIs and ensure implementation of corrective actions
- Prepare department annual budget and submit to Administration Director for review
- Control department expenses and ensure compliance with pre-set budget
- Resolve problems related to Human Resources Department, when needed
- Oversee and direct a professional and comprehensive Human Resources service to all MGH departments. This is inclusive of all Recruitment, Employee Affairs, Staff Development, Compensation & Benefits, Staff Welfare, and Disciplinary and Grievance issues
- Set & execute the HR strategy in alignment with MGH Vision & Strategy
- Develop and ensure the implementation of HR strategies, policies & procedures in alignment with MGH Vision, Mission & Strategy
- Ensure that MGH is able to attract, develop, motivate and retain staff of required caliber
- Ensure the HR function is seen as a proactive, strategic and efficient department
- Make sure that all employees are treated fairly and objectively
- Provide expert and professional advice to managers and employees on all HR matters and people management issues
- Perform any related tasks and duties within all knowledge, skills, capabilities, and experience as requested by Administration Director
Requirements :
- Master degree in Human Resources Management
- More Than 7 Years Experience in the HR Field including 3 years in a supervisory position
