· Proactively engage and follow up daily with the line manager
· Create monthly content in coordination with the line manager and other departments for use on social media accounts following a set message bank.
· Work with the Graphic Designer/agency to develop content into social media posts.
· Refer interview and features to corresponding team members. Keep record of them, for archiving and social media sharing.
· Gather data and insights of social media and publish monthly social media report to share with communications group using a set reporting template
· Use Embrace’s platforms for the promotion and engagement of followers
· Publish content as detailed in the media calendar and manage the online community on both social media accounts and the website
· Monitor and manage website including the review of content, uploads of material, etc.
· Develop newsletters with required compilations and in line with set timelines
· Manage online promotions and publish the campaign report with insights 15 days after the campaign ends
· Assist with the creation and manage implementation of online/offline campaigns as scheduled on calendar. Activities include: implementation, data gathering and coverage, sharing content on social media and website, etc.
· Archive and keep track of campaigns/activations, online/offline collaborations, and images of events
· Support in creating video content for grants when required
· Manage the online community via engaging with users (likes, replies to comments, cross promotion) in alignment with set standards and requirements pertaining to ethics, language, professionalism, etc.
· Mail users and key stakeholders with newsletters, reports, and campaigns under the supervision of the line manager
Education and Work Experience:
· 3-5 years of working experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or any relevant specialism including Social Sciences.
· Proactive and creative.
· Proficient on social media platforms and active with personal accounts.
· Demonstrates ability to solve problems & high attention to details.
· Demonstrates excellent writing skills in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
· Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
