Center Manager

Responsibilities  and Main Activities

1- Follow up on the legal affairs for the office and employees

2- Administrate (non-technical) supervision of the employees' work in the center

3- Solve administrative conflicts among employees in the center

4- Coordination of the center's work schedule

5- Coordination of work among the executive teams in the center

6- Receiving participants, answer their inquiries and solve their problems

7-Managing the center's budget

8- Writing periodic reports about the work progress in the center to the head of the main office

 

 

Education Degree and Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least two years’ work experience in a similar or related job title

 

Skills and Abilities

 

  • Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office Programs related to work
  • Coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills

 

Working Conditions

 

  • The possibility of working beyond the official working hours
  • The possibility of working under pressure

 

Evaluation Criteria

  • The periodic reports that he/she submits to the line manager
  • Follow-up and evaluation processes conducted by the executive management
  • Personnel reports submitted by human resources
  • Performance appraisal used in the organization
