Responsibilities And Obligations:
Recruitment:
- Post open vacancies on Daleel Madani or any other platform as required.
- Identify potential candidates (longlisting/shortlisting).
- Ensure proper documentation of interview evaluation sheets and tests.
- Conduct reference checks on final candidates.
- Prepare Job offers as per the salary scale in coordination with the HR Generalist.
- Continuously update recruitment tracker to ensure timely and efficient recruitment.
Induction:
- Ensure the proper induction for new admin staff recruited at himaya’s headquarter; Explain new recruits’ work conditions and diffuse policies and procedures.
- Make sure new recruits sign all HR related forms and employment contract.
- Fill and submit all NSSF and MOF forms to the payroll officer.
- Respond to all NSSF concerns and coordinate accordingly with the NSSF representative.
HR Administration:
- Assist the HR generalist in drafting innovative and creative HR policies and procedures when needed in coordination with the Quality Consultants (including staff care policies).
- Ensure all data related to new joiners are updated into the system and electronic files are available.
- Respond to all application issues.
- Ensure proper import of attendance logs and follow up on timesheet corrections.
- Coordinate and follow up on cleaning activities and ensure that the premises at himaya’s headquarters is in good condition.
- Participate in all activities organized by himaya (staff care, Christmas, end of year gathering).
