E-shop coordinator

  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including website design and functionality, product listings, payment gateways, and shipping options.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase online traffic, utilizing email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B testing and making data-driven decisions.
  • Manage online product content, including descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Process online orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to online customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve our online shop's performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and projects.
