Inclusion Officer

LOST is seeking to recruit an Inclusion Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Guide students towards inclusive learning
• Train teachers on inclusion practices
• Refer students to inclusion centers
• Supervise the inclusion process in all centers
• Adjust activities to meet inclusion criteria
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the inclusion process and the status of the students
• Attend the required meetings and workshops

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Specialization in Inclusion), Psychology, Sociology, or any other related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the education field in general and inclusion practices in particular.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
• Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
• Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
