- The psychologist is responsible for conducting one group self-care session for the protection staff working under ICSP project.
- The psychologist is responsible for conducting 2 sessions of individual psychological support for the protection staff.
- The candidate will report directly to the project manager.
- The candidate is responsible for advising the Project Manager, as necessary, or upon request, with the aim of improving the working atmosphere in their teams and resolving problems of a work-related or personal nature that adversely affect job performance and productivity.
- Monitors environmental factors that could lead to stress, with particular focus on stress related to critical incidents including emergency and crisis situations.
- Submit a report on monthly basis for the project Manager.
Qualifications:
An Advanced University Degree (Masters or equivalent) in clinical Psychology.
Professional Competencies:
- A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience is required.
- Experience in Employees Assistance Program or Organizational Intervention would be an asset;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, outlook)
- Excellent Analytical and reporting skills
