Programme Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing:

  • Identify funding opportunities and contribute to drafting compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with program managers to refine objectives, strategies, and budgets.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports and maintain detailed program records.
  • Track program milestones and key performance indicators, providing updates on achievements and improvement areas.

Team Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Development).
    3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, reporting, or project coordination.
    Excellent communication and writing skills in English (and local language as required).
    Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
