Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement and Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in the designated area through field visits, door-to-door meetings with key community actors (Mayor, mukhtar, municipalities, NGOs, etc.), and local mapping of needs and services.
- Build strong relationships with the local communities, stakeholders, and relevant service providers.
- Organize community meetings in accordance with principles of inclusion and transparency
- Engage in outreach efforts to identify and refer potential beneficiaries, in collaboration with the Center Coordinator.
2. Beneficiary Support and Follow-Up
- Conduct regular follow-ups with beneficiaries who miss the sessions to understand their challenges and encourage continued participation.
- Support the bus driver in facilitating the transportation of beneficiaries to and from the center, ensuring timely and safe transit.
3. Data Management and Documentation
- Collect and input accurate beneficiary data during the registration phase and throughout the program (Attendance sheets, Progress tracking).
- Ensure timely submission of collected data and updates to the Center Coordinator.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system for mobilization activities, including project documents, monitoring notes, and photos, in line with the safeguarding policy.
4. Program Implementation Support
- Ensure visibility of the project in the community and support communication with families about the sessions and activities.
- Participate actively in project trainings, staff meetings, and planning sessions.
- Attend training on the use of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools and processes.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare weekly field visit reports and contribute to monthly activity progress updates.
- Maintain well-organized documentation of outreach and mobilization efforts, including photos and notes from the field.
6. Internal Coordination
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Center Coordinator and other staff to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
- Remain flexible with working hours, including weekends or late hours when needed, based on project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with NGOs, preferably in PSS, Child Protection, or Education sectors.
- Experience working with children, caregivers, and vulnerable communities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Kobo Toolbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other data platforms.
