Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, collecting CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare and maintain HR files, documents, and databases in both physical and electronic formats.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including document collection and induction processes.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, timesheets, and payroll-related data.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR procedures and policies.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
• Support the HR Coordinator with any additional tasks as required.
Reports to: HR Coordinator
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. NGO experience is an advantage.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Lebanese labor law is a plus. Languages: Arabic (required) and English (required).
Other Requirements:
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Bekaa if needed.
