  1. Work Inspection and Acceptance:

 

COOPI’s technical consultant will inspect the completed work. Final acceptance of the service is subject to the consultant’s approval.

 

  1. TASKS TO BE EXECUTED AND TERMS OF FUTURE DELIVERY

 

       3.1 The financial and technical specifications of the goods must be filled in the Model of financial/technical offer (Annex 01/02 of this tender dossier).

    1. Place of the delivery: Fnaydeq, Akkar - Michmich, Akkar
    2. A site scoping visit to inform the offers can be held according to the needs and upon a proper agreement with COOPI representative before the deadline of submission of the offer. All questions and remarks should be sent in writing by email to log.lebanon@coopi.org. All the costs of attending the site visits will be borne by the bidders.             

       

4. PARTICIPATION AND SUBMISSION OF OFFER:

Participation in this tendering procedure is open on equal terms to all companies respecting Coopi requirements.

  • Deadline for submission of the offer: 30/07/2025 at 16:00. If the offer is delivered after the deadline, it shall be invalid and not taken into consideration.

 

  • The technical and financial offers must be written in English and put in two different envelops. Documents released by the Lebanon public administration can stay in Arabic.

4.1 Offer in hard copies must delivered by hand at the following address before the deadline: COOPI Office –Beirut, Achrafieh, Furn Al Hayek, Baroudi Street, Saab Building, 7th floor.

Offer, including annexes and all required supporting documents, must be submitted in a sealed stamped envelope bearing the following description:

  • the above address;
  • the reference code of this tender procedure: RFQ-COOPI-Leb -850603-2025-07-03

 

  1. CONTENT OF THE OFFER: TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL OFFER


It is mandatory to send the documents mentioned in 6.1  The documents must be signed and stamped.
Moreover, Technical and Financial offers must be submitted in two different envelopes.
Bidders may modify or add details or withdraw their tenders by written notification prior to the deadline for submission of offers.


6.1 TECHNICAL OFFER DOCUMENTS (mandatory)

 

  • Annex 2: Technical requirements document filled signed and stamped and any additional specification should be submitted with offer;
  • Annex 3: Declaration of non-exclusion filled signed and stamped;
  • Annex 4: Declaration of Supplier Compliance to Ethical Standards filled signed and stamped;
  • Commercial registration;
  • Copy of the ID of the owner;          
  • Company profile and references are not mandatory but highly appreciated.
