Psychologist (1 Position – Part Time: 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5).
  • Conduct group sessions if needed.
  • Ensure informed consent and confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide referral to specialized MHPSS/psychiatric services when needed.
  • Maintain secure and ethical clinical documentation.
  • Follow MSD’s ethical, PSEA, and safeguarding practices.
  • Be part of the national mental health meetings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology and license in practicing.
  • 2+ years NGO experience.
  • Strong understanding of protection ethics and confidentiality.
  • SH+ in a plus.
