Marketing Specialist

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing and communications plan aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Conduct market analysis, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.

B. Campaign Development & Management

  • Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns for events, services, fundraising initiatives, and institutional programs.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, outdoor, PR).
  • Supervise creative development including visuals, videos, messaging, and promotional materials.

C. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Oversee all digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
  • Lead content creation calendars with high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Manage analytics, monitor performance KPIs, and adjust campaigns based on insights.

D. Public Relations & Media Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, agencies, and partners.
  • Coordinate press releases, media coverage, interviews, and PR events.
  • Act as a key contributor to reputation management and crisis communication.

E. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with program teams, fundraising, operations, and leadership to support project visibility.
  • Lead communication briefs, collect requirements, and translate them into clear marketing deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on brand usage and communication standards.

F. Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Supervise procurement of marketing materials and external suppliers (designers, printers, media agencies).
  • Ensure cost-effective planning and optimal resource allocation.

G. Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports, including KPIs, ROI, engagement insights, and recommendations.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and propose corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain a repository of marketing assets, documentation, and institutional branding materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s is an asset).
Experience
• 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
• Proven track record in developing integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
• Experience in NGOs, healthcare, education, or corporate branding is an advantage.

Technical Skills
•Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms).
•Proficiency in content creation and overseeing graphic design workflows.
•Strong copywriting and editing skills (Arabic & English).
•Familiarity with CRM, email marketing platforms, and website CMS.
