The Dedicated Focal Point – LPSP aims to:
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of LPSP activities.
- Facilitate partner engagement, communication, and information sharing.
- Monitor program progress and support evaluation of outputs and outcomes.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of LPSP achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
4. Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and Implementation
- Support timely and effective execution of LPSP activities in compliance with national health policies and MoPH procedures.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing and following up on project work plans aligned with LPSP goals.
- Contribute to developing and updating LPSP-related materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support day-to-day project implementation, including coordination of internal and external meetings.
Coordination, Budgeting, and Partner Engagement
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with project partners (UN agencies, INGOs, stakeholders).
- Facilitate joint planning, technical discussions, and practical problem-solving with partners.
- Support the preparation of presentations, trainings, workshops, and other LPSP-related events.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Support implementation and periodic review of the LPSP M&E framework and indicators.
- Track program progress, outputs, and outcomes.
- Prepare monthly narrative and quantitative reports highlighting progress, challenges, gaps, and recommendations, submitting them to the Project Manager for review.
Coordination and Reporting
- Submit regular progress reports as required by MoPH.
- Participate in coordination and review meetings.
- Respond to ad-hoc LPSP-related requests in coordination with the MoPH.
- Tasks may evolve based on programmatic needs.
