Graphic Designer and Outreach Support

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Design & Branding

Develop visually compelling designs aligned with organizational branding and communication strategies

Create and maintain consistent visual identity across materials

Design logos, icons, templates, and visual systems as needed

2. Outreach & Communication Materials (including LAW outreach)

Design materials for awareness-raising, advocacy, and public engagement

Produce content such as:

Social media visuals

Posters, flyers, brochures

Banners and campaign assets

Presentation templates and decks

Advocacy briefs and reports

3. Digital Content & Platforms

Design assets optimized for websites, social media, and other digital platforms

Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across devices (mobile, desktop)

Support visual layout and user experience for online content (e.g., landing pages, courses, toolkits)

4. Learning & Knowledge Products

Design educational and training materials, including:

Course slides

Infographics

Diagrams and visual aids

Ensure materials are visually engaging and easy to understand

5. Publications & Reports

Design layouts for reports, briefs, and publications

Present data through clear and engaging infographics and visualizations

6. Additional Support

Provide design support for events, campaigns, and organizational needs as they arise

Adapt existing materials for different formats and audiences

 

Deliverables

Visual assets for digital and print use

Outreach and communication materials (including LAW-related content)

Social media and campaign graphics

Learning and training materials

Designed reports and publications

Multimedia graphics for video production

Templates and branding elements

Any additional design outputs as required

 

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)

Understanding of branding, visual communication, and storytelling

Experience designing for both digital and print formats

Knowledge of accessibility and user-centered design principles

Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to different project needs

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in advocacy, NGO, or outreach-related work is an asset
