- Core Duties & Responsibilities
- To collect data on National Health Accounts from various stakeholders including military funds, public funds, NGOs, private insurance, mutual funds and social insurance agencies.
- To collaborate with the core team at the Ministry of Finance in triangulating healthcare expenditure across schemes, providers and functions (where applicable).
- To train focal points at public funds on data collection based on the SHA2011
- To work on creating a core NHA team at the level of each public fund.
- Expected Outputs
- NHA 2022-2023 validation of collected data with the Ministry of Finance
- NHA 2022-2023 report writing
- NHA 2024 data collection
- Monthly report pertaining to the above activities and attendance schedule

6.Required Qualifications
Masters in Public Health with a minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare financing
Communication skills with ability to conduct expert meetings
Data collection skills with the ability to conduct focus group discussions and other data collection methods such as key informant interviews, and secondary data collection
Experience in healthcare financing data analytics
7.Reporting & Supervision
The recruit will report to the Head of Vital and Health Statistics Department
Masters in Public Health with a minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare financing
