1. Scope of Work
ADJI invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit their proposals for the extension of the existing solar photovoltaic (PV) system. The scope includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and full integration with the current system.
The awarded contractor shall provide all required equipment, materials, accessories, consumables, labor, and tools necessary to deliver a fully functional and complete system.
2. Technical Specifications
2.1 Photovoltaic (PV) Modules

The system shall include a fully equipped and certified AC/DC control panel containing:

- 20 × 25A fuses (1000 V) with compatible fuse holders
- All necessary wiring, connectors, terminals, ducting, and busbars

3. Installation & Integration Requirements
- Complete mechanical and electrical installation including mounting, cabling, conduits, and accessories.
- Seamless integration with the existing solar PV array and ADJI electrical distribution system.
- Secure connection to the ATS through the designated AC cable route.
- Complete testing, commissioning, functionality verification, and handover.
- Submission of updated as-built drawings upon project completion.
4. Delivery & Execution Timeline
- Delivery Period: 2–4 weeks from contract award
- Implementation Period: 45–60 working days following material delivery
5. Warranty & Support
- Minimum 1-year comprehensive installation warranty
- Manufacturer warranties must be provided for all equipment
- Supplier must provide reliable local support for inverter and PV modules

All steel components shall be galvanized or factory-coated, otherwise two layers of oil-based protective paint shall be applied.
The structure must ensure long-term stability against wind loads, structural loads, corrosion, and environmental conditions.

9. General Requirements for Steel & Civil Works
- All steel materials must be supplied with factory test certificates.
- Structural drawings and load calculations must be submitted by the contractor.
- All works must ensure structural reliability for a minimum lifespan of 10 years.
- Full anti-corrosion protection is mandatory for all exposed steel surfaces.
- The contractor must complete site cleaning and restoration after finishing the works.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked: “Tender for Solar Project – ADJI”.
Suppliers must provide two separate envelopes: one for technical documentation and the other for price/financial offer.
