About the position

The Digital Content Creator and Marketing Specialist is a multifaceted role responsible for designing promotional materials, managing social media, conducting fieldwork for photography and videography, and developing digital marketing campaigns. The specialist will work closely with healthcare professionals and the rehabilitation team to promote health awareness and RMC services effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design and Content Creation:

Design posters and promotional materials for campaigns and events.

Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, and other visual content.

Edit videos for social media, website, and other digital platforms.

Ensure all design work aligns with the RMC brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message.

Photography and Videography:

Work on-field to take high-quality photos and videos during events, campaigns, and daily activities.

Capture content for international health awareness days and months.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and awareness.

Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with our audience.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote health awareness and RMC services.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to create content for campaigns.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international health awareness days & months to effectively promote them.

Performance Analysis:

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Use analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and video editing.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe illustrator, adobe Creative Suite).

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Strong photography and videography skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
