Orthopedagogue - ADJI RSN

About RSN:
Rahma for Special Needs (RSN) is seeking a dedicated Orthopedagogue to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will design and deliver specialized educational and behavioral interventions for children with learning, social, or emotional challenges, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

As part of its commitment to integrity and ethical conduct, ADJI enforces a zero-tolerance policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and requires all staff to adhere to the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities
•    Assess students’ developmental, educational, and behavioral needs through observations, standardized tools, and interviews.
•    Design and implement individualized intervention plans addressing learning difficulties, behavioral disorders, and social–emotional development.
•    Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists (speech, occupational, physical), psychologists, and families to integrate orthopedagogical strategies across the classroom.
•    Deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions focused on skills such as self-regulation, social interaction, executive function, and adaptive behavior.
•    Provide coaching and training to classroom staff on positive behavior support, differentiated instruction, and inclusive classroom management techniques.
•    Monitor progress through regular data collection, analyze outcomes, and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
•    Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management, parents, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Orthopedagogy, 
•    Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in orthopedagogical intervention or special-needs education.
•    Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for behavioral support and learning remediation.
•    Excellent assessment, planning, and progress-monitoring skills.
•    Effective communication skills in French, English and Arabic, spoken and written.
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to build strong partnerships with families.
