Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and manage beneficiaries’ data.
- Coordinate and follow up on therapy sessions (sensory therapy, occupational therapy, psychomotor therapy, psychological therapy, etc.).
- Verify session implementation and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate between different therapy departments.
- Prepare periodic reports on sessions and beneficiaries.
- Support patient registration, especially during extended working hours.
- Follow up on both inpatients and outpatients to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Coordinate and maintain communication with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of social affairs and insurance companies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in healthcare or administrative roles is an asset.
Strong computer skills (especially Excel).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Possibility of extension until 6:00 PM as needed.
