On average, more than three children have been killed daily in Lebanon since mid-September 2024. Over 230 children have been reportedly killed since the conflict began.

At the end of the month, the situation remains extremely tense, with ongoing Israeli attacks targeting cities and villages across Lebanon. Since the conflict began, 178 paramedics have lost their lives, 279 have been injured, and 246 emergency vehicles have been targeted.

In September, Israel launched a barrage of airstrikes against Lebanon, marking the deadliest day since the country’s 2006 war. In recent weeks, the conflict has escalated, with strikes mainly hitting the southern part of the country and parts of Beirut, the capital. Millions are in need as winter approaches and the hostilities threaten more lives.
