وفي ظل الاكتظاظ وتراجع الموارد، تتزايد مخاطر العنف القائم على قسمة الأدوار الاجتماعية، فيما تتقلص خدمات الحماية، ما يترك العديد من الناجيات والناجين من دون دعم كافٍ.
