Summary: The Project Officer will support the effective implementation of LECORVAW project in T5- Lebanon, by coordinating and supporting aspects of the project implementation liaising and working closely with the project manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is not an exhaustive list of duties. The need for flexibility is required as staff are expected to carry out any other related duties that are within their skills and capabilities whenever reasonably instructed.
Coordination and Administration:
Provide support and coordination in the implementation of all aspects of the project and ensure attainment of key objectives of the projects, as outlined in the project documents.
Ensure that Project Manager is regularly updated on the progress of the projects and any issues that might impede the successful implementation of the projects.
Prepare regular management and operational reports covering the achievement of key milestones agreed in plans.
Support in projects’ start up Regular monitoring of the project implementation through monitoring field visits.
Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to document projects’ outputs, outcomes, and impact to inform donor and other internal reporting.
Assist and monitor the implementation of activities.
Assist in filing and record keeping of project activities.
Assist in analysis of data collected to facilitate assessment results and lessons learnt.
Support in monitoring and reviewing operational budgets covering all aspects of the projects on a monthly basis, explaining any over or under-expenditures.
Represents LECORVAW at selected National/Field level Working Groups and Task Force Meetings
In coordination with the Project Manager, assume a supportive role in drafting and/or reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and associated reporting across all projects.

Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Social Science field or any other related field. 2-3 years of coordination experience in the relative field preferably with local and international NGOs and project management.
Experience implementing international human rights programming;
Experience working with and developing the capacity of local CBOs/NGOs; and
Knowledge and understanding of basic M&E concepts.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange; Windows operating systems.
