Hr Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to HR Manager including correspondence and filing Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR projects Manage job descriptions' update and database In charge of absence management Edit and update HR indicators on regular basis (stat & graphs) Create ppt presentations Contribute to social security and insurance registration, medical insurance requests and claims Provide information to mobiles (expat) employees Very good knowledge of written and spoken English Proven communication and organizational skills Team spirit and open to change Computer literate, highly proficient with excel and power point, experience with HRIS systems Capacity to apply ICRC rules and procedures and treating information confidentially
