Community Health Worker- Alay district

Community health worker:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct door to door visits in the most underserved areas.

- Read the vaccination cards of all U15 children and refer unvaccinated/dropped out children to the assigned health centers.

- Fill in all registration forms and referral slips

- Report daily, weekly, and monthly on activities and results to the supervisor

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in community mobilization and field work.

- Ability to work under pressure

- Team spirit and flexibility

- Patience and the ability to remain calm in crisis

- Strong motivation to help people in need

- Understanding of the context of the area

- Good in written and spoken Arabic and English
