Medical Clerk

III. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

 

  1. Assist in Maintaining daily /weekly statistics related to health/medical assessments, Pre-departure medical screening and pre-embarkation check.
  2. Prepare monthly name list of refugees, who underwent medical screening and Pre-departure medical screening for resettlement, and submit to Senior Data Processing Assistance.
  3. Share list of medical conditions with doctor focal point of PEC-PDMS,  3-4 weeks before departure date.
  4. Assist Data Processing Assistant, Nurses and Doctors in collecting medical documents and filing system.
  5. Registration, medical data entry on MiMOSA and/or other system.
  6. Assist in preparation the medical files for the applicants, before departure date.
  7. Perform such other duties as may be assigned from senior data processing assistance and from chief medical officer.
