III. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assist in Maintaining daily /weekly statistics related to health/medical assessments, Pre-departure medical screening and pre-embarkation check.
- Prepare monthly name list of refugees, who underwent medical screening and Pre-departure medical screening for resettlement, and submit to Senior Data Processing Assistance.
- Share list of medical conditions with doctor focal point of PEC-PDMS, 3-4 weeks before departure date.
- Assist Data Processing Assistant, Nurses and Doctors in collecting medical documents and filing system.
- Registration, medical data entry on MiMOSA and/or other system.
- Assist in preparation the medical files for the applicants, before departure date.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned from senior data processing assistance and from chief medical officer.
