Administrative Coordinator

  • Main responsibilities: 
  • Follow up on day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for the effective operation and administration of the work place.
  • Provides support for meetings, activities, maintains records, prepares minutes of meetings and collects data.
  • Manage membership renewal and collect fees.
  • Coordinate events and center’s activities.
  • Supports for the development of working plans and programs.
  • Attend the board of directors' bimonthly meeting.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Director.

General Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role 
  • Bilingual  (English/ Arabic) French is an asset

 

Required Competencies

  • Multitasking and able to take initiatives
  • Competent in the use of various computer applications, including Office Suite
