- Main responsibilities:
- Follow up on day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for the effective operation and administration of the work place.
- Provides support for meetings, activities, maintains records, prepares minutes of meetings and collects data.
- Manage membership renewal and collect fees.
- Coordinate events and center’s activities.
- Supports for the development of working plans and programs.
- Attend the board of directors' bimonthly meeting.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
General Requirements
- University Graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Bilingual (English/ Arabic) French is an asset

- Multitasking and able to take initiatives
- Competent in the use of various computer applications, including Office Suite
