Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop new and improve ongoing humedica-related PHCCs cooperation
- Perform controlling and supervision of all PHCC-related cooperation
- Provide feedback and recommendations for further improvement of project activities
- Maintain good communication and relations with PHCC partners
- Provide data and inputs for all periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Collect and analyze feedback from beneficiaries
- Participate in relevant trainings if available and feasible
- Audit PHCCs records to reconcile project disbursements with patient records
- Ensure that all field-data is collected in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct qualitative data collection through frequent visits to the PHCCs and have discussions with beneficiaries, following up on beneficiaries complaints (hotline and complaint boxes)
- Coordinate closely and regularly with the Monitoring and Evaluation officer on all data collection, data entry, and data analysis
- Liaise closely with PHCCs Project Manager
- Assist the CC in assuring quality management of all project components in the Public Health field administrative support to coordinator
- Identifies relevant training topics and facilitates trainings for the PHC staff
- Supports the management of the PHC with the accreditation process of the PHC
Skills & Competencies:
- Education degree: University degree in Public Health or related field
- Good computer skills (Excel and Word) are essential
- Experience with working in or with PHCCs
- Work experience minimum 2-3 years in relevant field
- Management experience in the field of public health resilience
- NGO working experience desirable
- Fluency in English and Arabic are essential
- Knowledge of national regulations and requirements for PHCs
- At least two available references
- Promotes the vision, mission and strategic goals of humedica
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability and treats all people fairly without favoritism
- Approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
- Shows proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills and is highly organized in working with others

- Is familiar with Lebanese and regional context

- Remains calm, collected and in control and has good humor even under pressure and in a challenging cultural and security environment
