Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of Volunteers, trainers etc activities in the different centers
- Plan, coordinate and follow up on the implementation of Protection Program activities (PSS sessions, Workshops, courses, S4D…) while adhering to all financial and administrative Processes.
- Liaise with MOSA SDCs and Local CBOs to plan & organize the implementation of the sessions.
- Select service providers & volunteers for the workshop and Courses sessions and follow up with them.
- Coordinate with the technical supervisor on community led initiatives
- Support in conducting baseline and end line surveys for beneficiaries to develop best practices in coordination with technical unit and MEAL
- Participate in relevant coordination meetings with Partners representing SIF
- Build and/or maintain strong relationships with local partners.
- Ensure usage of visibility materials by Partners
- Monitor the registration process of beneficiaries to SIF activities, according to the guidelines defined
- Oversee the flow of information on the field about SIF activities, related to Child protection or any other projects.
- Report protection needs and gaps in and around the partners premises
- Identify and support the volunteers & trainers in implementing the activities (providing material, following up on attendance, collecting invoices…)
- Provide support for staff (Project Assistant, S4D Coach) & volunteers and ensure they meet the project objectives on daily basis
- Ensure proper logistical / procurement procedures are followed internally and in the area of intervention
- Ensure the availability of all program materials and ensure the project locations are well equipped and ready for the implementation. Request for replacements when needed.
- Ensure feedback is circulated among protection team about issues potentially raised in the field.
- Coordinate with finance department on partners payments (supporting documents & checks)
- Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on different aspect of the project.
- Follow up on SIF procedures and standards, including health and safety and equal opportunities, in relation to its staff, volunteers and beneficiaries.
- Report Monthly to Protection Program Manager

PERSON QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications, experience and competencies:
- University degree in social work or any related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in protection or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience with national or international NGO and awareness of Human Rights
- Interpersonal skills and strong cross-cultural communication are very important. Including ability to lead and work with a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and work planning skills and the ability to work in a high volume work environment.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (speaking and writing), French an asset.
- Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues, proven problem solving and organizational skills.
- Rigorous, and polite.
