Job responsibilities:
- Outreach and interview potential candidates for the training program.
- Coordinate and implement the work readiness training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.
- Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.
- Conduct evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and coaching during the training.
Job qualifications:
- Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus.
- Experience in NGOs is a plus.
- Good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Car is a must.
- Sign Language is a plus.
