Training Coordinator for ProAbled

Job responsibilities:

  • Outreach and interview potential candidates for the training program.
  • Coordinate and implement the work readiness training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.
  • Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.
  • Conduct evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and coaching during the training.

 

Job qualifications:

  • Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus.
  • Experience in NGOs is a plus.
  • Good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Car is a must.
  • Sign Language is a plus.
