- Coach and advise site-based Teams on best practices related to professional development, SNG programming and social integration.
- Develop tools to support all sectors (Implementation, KL, M&E), coordinate and structure peer observations and facilitate filed-team collaboration.
- Plan and strategize the implementation process for COSV and support partners as needed
- Working closely with the project manager, the project team leader and Establish communication links between them and the Filed team.
- The implementation coordinator will be responsible of providing the implementation tracker tool, the data base, The implementation plan and the quarterly report with the implementation officer support.
- Directly support implementation of trainings for community members residing in targeted locations.
Qualifications and experience
- Master Degree in Socio – Economics Development, NGOs Project Management, Global Public Policies and Conflict management or other related fields
- Previous experience in Middle East is required.
- Previous experience with the EU is highly preferable
- Experience in coordinating various stakeholders (local and international) in complex partnerships
- Arabic speaking with outstanding field knowledge of the region
Fluency in English – (both written and spoken) - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential
- Ability to work in a team but also comfortable working autonomously and independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and management skills
