Implementation Coordinator

  • Coach and advise site-based Teams on best practices related to professional development, SNG programming and social integration.
  • Develop tools to support all sectors (Implementation, KL, M&E), coordinate and structure peer observations and facilitate filed-team collaboration.
  • Plan and strategize the implementation process for COSV and support partners as needed
  • Working closely with the project manager, the project team leader and Establish communication links between them and the Filed team.
  • The implementation coordinator will be responsible of providing the implementation tracker tool, the data base, The implementation plan and the quarterly report with the implementation officer support.
  • Directly support implementation of trainings for community members residing in targeted locations.

 

Qualifications and experience
 

  •  Master Degree in Socio – Economics Development, NGOs Project Management, Global Public Policies and Conflict management or other related fields
  • Previous experience in Middle East is required.
  • Previous experience with the EU is highly preferable
  • Experience in coordinating various stakeholders (local and international) in complex partnerships
  • Arabic speaking with outstanding field knowledge of the region
    Fluency in English – (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential
  • Ability to work in a team but also comfortable working autonomously and independently with minimum supervision
  •  Excellent communication and management skills
