Job Description :
- Support and supervise the team in the implementation of the project.
- Build staff capacity in accordance with adequate international guidelines and technical manuals.
- Ensure the coherence and the homogeneity of the activities under his/her responsibility.
- Ensure that project action plan is reviewed periodically based on the feedback from the monitoring of the project.
- Managing the activities logistics and budget and following-up the expenses as well as providing monthly budget forecasts.
- Set up and ensure the continuous monitoring of the activities under his/her management including qualitative and quantitative monitoring; Conduct regular meetings with the Team.
- Suggest new operations according to needs identified in the area.
- Participate in the coordination meetings and working groups.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders.
- Report weekly on activities.
Job Specification:
- BA in social work or any other related fields.
- Fluent English
- Fluent in Microsoft office
- Reporting skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to build connections.
- Management skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Driving licence for more than 1 year
- Clean criminal record
