Community Mobilizer Team Leader

Job Description :

  • Support and supervise the team in the implementation of the project.
  • Build staff capacity in accordance with adequate international guidelines and technical manuals.
  • Ensure the coherence and the homogeneity of the activities under his/her responsibility.
  • Ensure that project action plan is reviewed periodically based on the feedback from the monitoring of the project.
  • Managing the activities logistics and  budget and following-up the expenses as well as providing monthly budget forecasts.
  • Set up and ensure the continuous monitoring of the activities under his/her management including qualitative and quantitative monitoring; Conduct regular meetings with the Team.
  • Suggest new operations according to needs identified in the area.
  • Participate in the coordination meetings and working groups.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders.
  • Report weekly on activities.

 

Job Specification:

  • BA in social work or any other related fields.
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent in Microsoft office
  • Reporting skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to build connections.
  • Management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Driving licence for more than 1 year
  • Clean criminal record
