Key roles and responsibilities:
- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, documents from employees, other departments.
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets.
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Handling additional duties from time to time.
- Good command of English and Arabic in both speech and writing
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or relevant field
- Ability to work with automated systems and excellent skills in Excel
- Ability to work well under pressurewith high accuracy
- Adherence to mission and Vision of Dorcas
- Reflect the vision and values of Dorcas with team members, local staff, beneficiaries and external contacts
