Data Entry Clerk

Key roles and responsibilities:
  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, documents from employees, other departments.
  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets.
  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time.
 Requirements:
  • Good command of English and Arabic in both speech and writing
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or relevant field 
  • Ability to work with automated systems and excellent skills in Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressurewith high accuracy
  • Adherence to mission and Vision of Dorcas
  • Reflect the vision and values of Dorcas with team members, local staff, beneficiaries and external contacts
