Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical interviews with adult beneficiaries, who are to be seen and followed up consistently.
- Coordinate with other key staff members to devise a treatment plan for the beneficiary.
- Document the beneficiary’s progress and treatment using pre/post-test measures and other forms implemented at Restart.
- Write clinical reports upon request, using scientific language (while abiding by the deadlines).
- Participate in case studies, as well as individual, peer and group supervisions, headed by the Clinical Advisor.
- Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Do home visits when deemed necessary.
- Participates in regular meetings, seminars and trainings.
- Respects the ethical and clinical considerations;
- Basic mental health interventions such as individual counseling and psychotherapy and group support interventions;
- Participates in any capacity building activities.
- Ability to work with patients from different backgrounds (cultural, ethnic….)
