Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical interviews with adult beneficiaries, who are to be seen and followed up consistently.
  • Coordinate with other key staff members to devise a treatment plan for the beneficiary.
  • Document the beneficiary’s progress and treatment using pre/post-test measures and other forms implemented at Restart.
  • Write clinical reports upon request, using scientific language (while abiding by the deadlines).
  • Participate in case studies, as well as individual, peer and group supervisions, headed by the Clinical Advisor.
  • Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Do home visits when deemed necessary.
  • Participates in regular meetings, seminars and trainings.
  • Respects the ethical and clinical considerations;
  • Basic mental health interventions such as individual counseling and psychotherapy and group support interventions;
  • Participates in any capacity building activities.
  • Ability to work with patients from different backgrounds (cultural, ethnic….)
