Field Officer - Syrian Nationals (Damascus)

General Duties

• Direct implementation of activities on the field
• Report to team leader / supervisor on implementation of activities, problems, obstacles, and suggestions.
• Direct contacts with beneficiaries.
• Carry out needed assessments / activities etc. and actions on the field according to instructions by the team leader / supervisor if need be.
• Maintain good relations with partners and stakeholders in context of activities field implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills and able to coordinate and manage a diverse array of activities and stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent reporting skills
• English language
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills and ability to work independently
• Computer Skills - Microsoft office
