General Duties
- Direct implementation of activities on the field
- Report to team leader / supervisor on implementation of activities, problems, obstacles, and suggestions.
- Direct contacts with beneficiaries.
- Carry out needed assessments / activities etc. and actions on the field according to instructions by the team leader / supervisor if need be.
- Maintain good relations with partners and stakeholders in context of activities field implementation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and able to coordinate and manage a diverse array of activities and stakeholders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent reporting skills
- English language
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills and ability to work independently
- Computer Skills - Microsoft office
