DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Responsible for collecting employees data and required papers necessary to complete the full HR filling
- Manage the filing on a daily bases the staff (attendance, leaves, requests, complaints, etc.)
- Prepare staff payroll and advise management on due salaries and wages
- Prepare necessary policies, procedures, and templates for HR practices
- Maintain employee records in a well-organized database and always keep it up-to-date
- Follow-up on all necessary information regarding NSFF family allowances.
- Coordinate, update and reports to the HR Manager.
- Coordinate and collaborate with all related personals (HR department, Finance ...)
- Coordinate with coordinators and managers to identify any requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- A minimum of one year experience working in any of NGO’s HR department
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the related field.
- ability to undertake needed analysis and good record keeping computer skills, can handle NSSF and Payroll matters
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a varied work styles and diverse team.
